'YOU TUBE' VIDEOS TO DEMONSTRATE AUTOMATIC FILTRATION TECHNOLOGY
Boll & Kirch automatic water and oil filters are widely used by the UK utility and processing industries thanks to their reliability, performance and durability.
The filters, which are designed for potable, waste water and oil filtration applications, feature a unique backflushing technology that efficiently removes particulates without the need for regular cleaning or maintenance.
Now customers can see the process in action with demonstrations on 'You Tube'. Clear animated visuals show how the Boll backflushing system operates, 'self cleaning' the filter elements for continual, effective operation.

Three of Boll's most popular automatic filters currently appear on 'You Tube'.
Heart of the Bollfilter range, the Boll 6.18 Filter can be installed to protect sophisticated water treatment plant, such as membrane, UV disinfection, DAF recycling and ion exchange systems with a typical filtration level of between 50 and 500 microns.
For waste water treatment, it can be fitted to filter final effluent for intermediate wash water equipment, such as screens, belt thickeners, filter presses, centrifuges. On smaller effluent sites, it can be installed to protect NSAF and sand filters and also on disc filters to prevent spray nozzles from blocking.
The Boll 6.04 NEW Low Cost Filter is an 'off the shelf' system designed for lower flows of up to 5 l/s. The result is the same, efficient, reliable filtration performance as the rest of the Boll automatic filter range - at a much lower price.
Ideal for fitting as part of OEM waste water treatment systems, the BOLL 6.04 is a virtual plug and play unit supplied complete with motor, valve and controller for simple, easy integration into the plant washwater system.
The Boll 6.64 Filter is specifically signed for the filtration of liquid fuels, lubricants and coolants, with a compact, multi-chamber filter that combines excellent filtering capability with guaranteed integrity of system pressure.
A choice of sizes and filtration levels are available to suit specific applications, with a filtration area of between 8,832 and 102,672cm2, flow rates of 88-1027m3/h and filtration levels down to 10 Micron.
