Calman Technology is involved in the design and manufacture of touchpanels or membrane keypads, from concept to production manufacture. This includes flexible self-adhesive keypads as well as rigid assemblies to PCB's or backplates.
While this is the core business of Calman, associated products such as fascias, flexi-connectors and label products are also manufactured, offering the benefits of single-sourcing.
Calman has developed a lean design and manufacturing process that can significantly reduce or even remove hard-tooling costs. We can achieve this by using CNC processes. This can apply to volume production as well as prototype and development parts.
The key element is an early dialogue, ideally at the initial design stage. This allows us the opportunity to help you avoid unnecessary costs. |
