Reflecting the enormous success it has achieved over the last few years, Western Business Exhibitions’ Energy exhibition and conference is to re-brand itself as ‘The Energy Event 2007’. The Energy Event 2007 will take place at the National Motorcycle Museum, Birmingham on 12-13th September 2007.
With British Energy as the title sponsor the organisers feel that this re-branding reflects the progression of the event which is now focused as much on energy procurement as it is energy efficient technology.
A major part of the show’s success over recent years has been the seminar and conference programme which has run alongside the exhibition. This element for The Energy Event 2007 is to be enhanced with a high-powered conference programme, aimed at managing and financial directors, to run alongside the content offered by the well-respected trade bodies such as ESTA (Energy Systems Trade Association), CIBSE (Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers), MEUC (Major Energy Users Council), Encore International and the EIC (Energy Information Centre).
This new strand of conferences reflects the way in which Energy has crept up the agenda for all businesses and will contain a mix of high-profile case studies and inspirational talks from organisations such as Vodaphone and Bloomberg’s as well as business leaders and captains of industry.
The Energy Event 2007’s (www.theenergyevent.co.uk) exhibition space is sold-out, reflecting the pre-eminence of the exhibition and conference as the only totally focused energy event in the UK.
The newly re-branded event is to be officially launched at a press conference on Friday 2nd March in London where more detailed information about the conference programmes will be available. If you would like to attend that event then please contact Technical Publicity.
Similarly, if you would like to preview The Energy Event 2007 in a forthcoming issue then please contact Technical Publicity for a list of exhibitors and the latest seminar and conference information.
