| 07/08/2007 - Free analysis options offered on Yokogawa digital oscilloscopes |
Yokogawa Europe is currently offering a free upgrade on all new orders for its SignalXplorer DL9000 Series of oscilloscopes received by the 14th September 2007. Customers placing new orders for standard DL9000 models before that date will receive either a free /F8 option (for I2C, CAN/LIN and SPI serial bus analysis) or a free /G4 option (power supply analysis and user defined maths). The offer covers the 500 MHz DL9040 and DL9040L, the 1 GHz DL9140 and DL9140L, and the 1.5 GHz DL9240 and DL9240L. The serial bus signal analysis option includes software for protocol analysis and debugging of I2C, CAN/LIN and SPI serial bus standards, and offers the unique feature of offering simultaneous real-time analysis and display of two different bus signals. The power supply analysis function (Option /G4) includes automated measurements and statistical analysis of key parameters required for power supply design, including harmonics, switching loss, power factor, impedance, watt-hours and ampere-hours. When the power supply analysis function is installed, it includes the user-defined math function (Option /G2), which allows up to four equations to be defined, using mathematical functions, differentials and integrals, trigonometry and other operations, and computed simultaneously. The Yokogawa SignalXplorer DL9000 Series of oscilloscopes includes models with bandwidths of 500 MHz, 1 GHz and 1.5 GHz, sampling rates of 2.5 and 5 GS/s per channel, and memory depths of 2.5 and 6.25 Mword per channel.
