Leading plastic pipework manufacturer, Durapipe UK, has beaten leading names in the industry to take the coveted BSS Industrial ‘Supplier of the Year’ award outright for the second successive year.
The award is based on votes from employees within BSS Industrial and Durapipe UK secured the title by a significant margin after demonstrating its quality throughout all areas of the business.
The award is based on various criteria including quality of communication, service levels to branches, product knowledge and training and sales support. Durapipe UK was a clear winner, with the company not only recognised by BSS Industrial branch staff but also the commercial, marketing and supply chain departments at head office.
