WORLD BEAM® Q20 Fixed Field Sensors With Background Suppression Provide More Reliable Detection

Banner introduces the WORLD-BEAM® Q20FF fixed-field background suppression sensor to its line of compact photoelectric sensors. The Q20FF offers the same high performance standards as other Banner sensors, but has been enhanced with visible red, fixed field background suppression and a sensing range up to 6 inches (150 mm). With the enhancements, Banner has increased the number of applications the Q20 can solve in a variety of industries, such as material handling, robot assembly, food and beverage, and pharmaceutical goods.

The WORLD-BEAM Q20 product line is a complete offering of high performance sensors in rectangular housings. The Q20FF provides excellent optical performance in a world-wide standard sensor housing with 25.4 mm (1 inch) mounting hole spacing. Models are available with 50, 100, 150mm sensing ranges. IP67/NEMA 6 & NEMA PW12 1200 PSI wash down rated
