METTLER TOLEDO has created the short film to demonstrate the full benefits of SafeLOCKTM, an innovative feature of all Pinmount Weigh Modules.
By immobilising all moving parts within the module the system protects against accidental overload during the installation and lowering of the tank onto the module. This means it can withstand the tanks full load whilst being properly positioned. Each unit is delivered pre-adjusted and ready to install.
Additional features such as easy to access mounting holes and drilling points allow the module and tank to be connected quickly and safely for a more efficient installation process. This removes from the entire process the need for additional devices such as dead stands or dummy load cells, making it easy to achieve a ‘first time right’ installation.
