Trelleborg Engineered Systems, a business area of the Trelleborg Group will be exhibiting a comprehensive range of rail suspension components and polymer technologies on stand, no. 311, Hall 9 at InnoTrans 2012 in Berlin, Germany from 18 to 21 September.
The exhibition will be the platform for the launch of Dragon Coat, a revolutionary fire-resistant coating for secondary and primary suspension systems, particularly in underground applications. In addition, the following products will be on display:
Metalastik® components including air spring systems, hourglass and bearer springs, as well as chevrons and metacones for primary suspensions, traction control links, centre control mountings and lateral buffers.
Customised sealing solutions for the rail industry, including optimised sealing gaskets for doors, windows and various systems. Trelleborg's expertise in rubber extrusion and moulding is supported by a comprehensive range of elastomer, thermoplastic and silicone materials including multi-component solutions.
ALH Embedded Rail solutions that bring the most advanced polymer technology to the construction of urban railway and metro networks. The Vector™ embedded rail system employs microcellular polyurethane technology to deliver cost-effective ground-borne vibration mitigation for light rail and metros.
InnoTrans has established itself as an international industry showplace focusing on Railway Technology. A full range of rail vehicles are presented in static displays on the Messe Berlin tracks located outside the exhibition halls. The exhibition also focusses on railway infrastructure, interiors, public transport and tunnel construction.
