X-Rite will show instruments, software and tools that help manufacturers accurately measure and communicate colour data between plants worldwide, while, at the same time, increasing quality, reducing rework and eliminating errors.
REGENSDORF, Switzerland – 16 August, 2012 – X-Rite Europe GmbH will present its advanced technologies at testXpo’s 21st International Forum for Materials Testing, taking place on October 15 to 18 in Ulm, Germany. Integratable into everyday workflows, they help manufacturers accurately measure and communicate colour data worldwide.
X-Rite will demonstrate its innovative and effective solutions for precise colour control to manufacturers of products in the automotive, metals, plastics, paper and other industries.
Event highlights will include the presentation of RM200QC, X-Rite’s new, portable spectrocolorimeter, which delivers fast, easy and reliable material and product colour comparisons wherever colour control is required.
Another highlight will be the new SpectraLight QC lightbooth for visual colour matching. SpectraLight QC makes it easy for users to assess whether their products meet their customers’ exacting specifications for colour and appearance under daylight, incandescent lighting, fluorescent lighting and other illumination conditions. The SpectraLight QC offers the most accurate simulation of daylight of any standard lightbooth. With its innovative SmartLogic technology and other features, SpectraLight QC increases productivity and accelerates throughput by enabling faster and more accurate colour approvals.
X-Rite will also be showing its established portfolio of solutions for colour measurement and communication, including a series of multi-angle spectrophotometers for the measurement of effect coatings, the VS450, an instrument for non-contact colour and gloss measurement, and the Color i7 benchtop spectrophotometer.
The SP family of handheld sphere spectrophotometers, the 900 series of 0°/45° compact spectrophotometers, the Color iMatch software for colour formulation and the X-Color QC software for quality control will be also presented.
The show, organized for the past 21 years through Zwick GmbH, is recognized as one of the most important quality assurance and materials testing events in Europe. To register for the free event, lectures, lunch and Internet café, please visit www.testxpo.de
