Taking a closer look

The ZETRIX is a durable and reliable triple offset valve which ensures guaranteed isolation, even in the harshest environments. Boasting zero leakage and emissions, it conforms to leakage rate A in accordance with DIN EN12266-1 and is suitable for liquids, gases and vapours in a wide range of industries and applications.

With even more sizes added to the ZETRIX range with the double flanged version available in DN 80 to DN 1200 and lug type available in DN 80 to DN 600, this valve is more versatile than ever. Double block and bleed isolation
The ZETRIX can be set up as a double block and bleed isolation system which offers the only proved isolation in accordance with HSE guidance 253 (safe isolation of plant and equipment) which states that double block and bleed is greatest in the hierarchy of mechanical security for isolation methods. The small face-to-face dimensions of the ZETRIX provides even more versatility in that should a customer wish to change from single isolation to double isolation with bleed, only small changes to pipe work are required. A typical double block and bleed which incorporates two ZETRIX is the equivalent face-to-face dimension to the vast majority of isolation valves. Therefore, the ZETRIX can be used for modifying pipe work with single isolation to double block and bleed in order to meet Health & Safety guidance with little alteration to the pipe work.
