Eaton Presents Filtration Solutions that Increase Performance, Efficiency and Safety in Industrial Applications at parts2clean 2018

The Filtration Division of power management company Eaton will demonstrate how industrial parts cleaners can use Eaton’s innovative filtration products to increase performance, efficiency and safety when it exhibits at the parts2clean 2018 trade show, Stand C04 in Hall 5, October 23 to 25 in Stuttgart, Germany.

Visitors will have the opportunity to learn about high-performing filtration solutions to remove contaminants from different cleaning and water treatment processes in industrial production workflows. Process fluids include, inter alia, metalworking and metal parts cleaning fluids, aqueous and solvent based cleaners in parts washing equipment, pre-treatment baths as well as top coats, clear coats and primers. Using any of these filtration solutions help keep process fluids reliably clean and production operating at peak efficiency.

One highlight is the new MAX-LOAD™ coreless filter bags which extend Eaton’s high-performance and versatile filter bag offering. They are made of melt-blown material and are suitable for applications involving high retention ratings, such as water treatment, filtration of bulk and fine chemicals or metal cleaning. The rigid, graduated material structure has a depth of over 18 mm and therefore offers a protective shield against hard, metallic, as well as deformable, gel-like contaminants. For widely varying operating conditions, reliability can be increased through an outer mesh cover of polyamide 6.6 with a thickness of 10 μm.

For an ideal combination of quality, performance and safety MAX-LOAD filter bags can be used in Eaton TOPLINE™ single bag filter housings and MAXILINE™ multi-bag filter housings. They are designed for a large variety of applications and feature a side inlet, flow through top for optimum sealing of the filter bag, easy filter bag change-outs and reduce product loss to a minimum. The MAX-LOAD filter bag offering can also be equipped with a powerful magnetic bar to remove ferritic particles.

The exhibition program will be rounded out by the automatic self-cleaning DCF 800 filter, which is ideal for highly viscous, abrasive, or sticky liquids. DCF filters operate at a consistently low differential pressure and deliver simple, reliable operation at a vast range of flow rates and retentions. The circular cleaning disc design ensures precise contact with the screen to thoroughly and uniformly clean the media.
