ARI USA Highlights REYCO® for Robust Overpressure Protection

Dependable, ASME-Certified Performance for Liquid, Steam, and Gas Applications

ARI-Armaturen USA, a leader in industrial fluid control solutions, proudly highlights the REYCO® R Series Safety Relief Valve. Engineered for durability and precision, the REYCO® R offers proven protection in critical overpressure conditions across a wide range of industries and applications.

Built to meet ASME Section XIII (formerly Section VIII), API 526, and PED 4126 standards the REYCO® R is available in conventional, balanced bellows, open bonnet, and soft seat configurations. Its adaptable design supports steam, air/gas, and liquid service without the need to change internal trim, simplifying selection and streamlining maintenance. The series is also available in a variety of high-performance materials, including carbon steel, chrome alloy, stainless steel, Monel®, Hastelloy® C, Duplex SS, and Alloy 20, to address the most demanding environments.

The REYCO® R’s intelligent construction features a top-threaded nozzle for improved seat alignment, reducing leak paths and surpassing API 527 tightness standards. A unique, split-spindle design and 140° notched bearing points ensure excellent valve concentricity, promoting long-term reliability and consistent performance. In addition, the reversible disc design provides an in-situ spare, minimizing downtime and parts inventory requirements.

For applications requiring enhanced sealing, the REYCO® R Series offers an O-ring soft seat design that delivers zero leakage at 90% of set pressure and protects sealing surfaces from corrosion and damage. Bellows-style models feature Inconel® 625 LCF trim as standard, ensuring compliance with NACE MR0175/ISO 15156 and MR0103/ISO 17945 without additional part changes. These valves also provide critical isolation for the spring and guide mechanisms in corrosive or high-backpressure environments.

The REYCO® R series is also available in a wide variety of configurations to further enhance operational flexibility and safety. This includes a selection of cap and lifting lever options, such as bolted gastight caps, open or packed lift levers, and valve position indicators with proximity switches. Sizes range from 1" × 2" through 8" × 10", with fast lead times supported by ARI-USA’s 35,000-square-foot manufacturing facility and local inventory in Houston, Texas.
