Assembly tips for triflex R energy chains - Designed with simplicity in mind

The triflex R energy chain, for example, reflects this with its design that is particularly well-suited for use in robotic and other 3D multi-axis applications.In order to assemble the product, all you need to do is hold the two parts together at the inner radius, attach the ball and socket feature which is situated inside each link, and simply press and click the parts together. By slotting a regular Allen key between the connected ball and socket clips and gently applying a twist and lift action, the attached links are separated with ease. Furthermore, its 'push-in' cable filling design allows the cables to be inserted and fitted easily from the outside.
The igus triflex R energy chain is lightweight, cost-effective, has a high torsional stability and a small bend radius and pitch, which all combine to solve the common design problems for applications in confined spaces.
