AxFlow adds vacuum pumps and blowers to its portfolio

AxFlow has announced that it has become a distributor of Gardner Denver's Elmo Rietschle brand of vacuum pumps and blowers in the UK. This product line represents an important new development for the company, particularly as it already has a significant presence in those industry sectors where vacuum pumps and blowers are extensively used. AxFlow customers can take advantage of 24-hour replacement pumps and spare parts, together with ready access to factory trained repair personnel.Announcing the move, AxFlow Managing Director Tony Peters commented that introducing vacuum pumps and blowers to its portfolio was a logical development as they are already used by many of its customers. "Our AxFlow sister companies in Denmark and Finland enjoy considerable success selling units and offering service/repair of Gardner Denver - Elmo Rietschle vacuum pumps and blowers," reports Tony Peters. "They encouraged us to talk to Elmo Rietschle and in turn Elmo Rietschle approached us to sell into the UK market. We shall be working very closely with Gardner Denver in the UK, particularly in the area of technical support."
The range of low pressure blowers includes rotary lobe, screw, claw, centrifugal and high speed centrifugal models and the vacuum pump range includes radial, side channel, rotary vane, claw, liquid ring, combinations/systems and screw models.
