The filters, which are of a versatile and robust design, are removing any curd particles from the CIP returning solutions, as well as protecting the sprayballs within the CIP system from scale and plugging.Manufactured with a metal to metal seal, Axium's Pure-Screen filters are available with a range of interchangeable filter elements and are easy and simple to maintain providing a cost effective and efficient enhancement for most CIP systems.
The company offers a specialist fabrication service and filters can be fabricated to customer specification including a high capacity 6" body design, a jacketed design for product heating or cooling, a duplex or multiplex option and a stand alone design complete with framework.
