Canning growth is go at Lancaster Brewing

WaveGrip, manufacturer of innovative beverage multipacking solutions, is helping Lancaster Brewing Co. increase its canned drinks output.Founded in 1995 and Based in Pennsylvania, Lancaster Brewing Co. unites an obsessive commitment to quality ingredients with equal measures of creativity, skill and experience, to brew consistently great beer that is seeing an increasing demand.
THE REQUIREMENT
With majority of Lancaster's canned output in 12oz 6-packs, but with the need to produce 4-packs of both 12oz and 16oz cans, the brewery needed an applicator that could help keep up with their soaring popularity.
With carry out options available at all three of Lancaster Brewing Co. locations and distribution across a further seven states, Lancaster wanted to move away from their previous, labourintensive solution to help keep up
with demand.
THE SOLUTION G1
With an easy to use design, the applicator is running at 65 cansper-minute (cpm) and is helping Lancaster to produce between 50,000 -70,000 cans per month. Thanks to a form factor design of 1.4m x 0.8m the G1 is perfectly suited for all canning lines and brewery sizes, allowing for higher production rates without taking up valuable space in the brewhouse.
