Dr Brian Phillips is exhibiting at The GREEN Expo 2012, Mexico as part of the UKTI delegation. He is promoting Chelsea's sensor expertise in the following areas:* Waste water treatment management
* Fresh water monitoring
* Protection of water supplies
* Algae growth monitoring tailored for algae bio-tech companies.
CTG manufactures a range of innovative multi-parameter sensors & systems for monitoring the physical, optical & biological oceanographic & fresh water environments. Sensors are available for in-situ chlorophyll & algae class studies, dye tracing, oil spill monitoring, airport apron pollution runoff studies, water abstraction management and effluent detection as well as primary productivity studies, bloom detection, toxicant detection within domestic water supplies and early detection of contamination events in potable and pre-treated water protection. In line sensor systems are also available for monitoring of exhaust gas cleaning systems and ballast water to prevent contamination of seas.
Dr Brian Phillips is promoting the new UviLux BOD Indicator at The GREEN Expo 2012, Mexico. The BOD Indicator enables in-situ real-time reporting of levels of sewage and BOD within both natural water systems and water processing plants. He will also be on hand to talk about the new FastOcean sensor for online monitoring of algal growth and health in bioreactors and open ponds. This sensor is specifically tailored for algae bio-tech companies.
