With no set-up charge, no minimum order quantity, very competitive pricing and fast delivery even for custom versions, the new laser-engraved labels and legend plates from Partex are a versatile, superior and very cost-effective alternative to conventional machine-engraved products.Partex offers a comprehensive range of laser-engraved labels for everyday applications such as the identification of start and stop pushbuttons, and running and tripped indicator lamps as well as traffolyte style control panel, hazard warning and general signage labels.
Partex laser-engraved labels and legend plates offer enhanced quality - the very high resolution of the engraving not only ensures that text is always sharp and well defined, but also allows complex logos and even images to be engraved.
Custom labels, optionally with self-adhesive backing, can be supplied by Partex in any size up to 610 x 610 mm. The company accepts customers' artwork for the labels in almost any computer image file format, including DXF and PDF, and can alternatively work from sketches or written descriptions of customer requirements.
The labels, which can be produced with or without chamfered edges and with any combination of fixing holes, are made from high-quality wear-resistant laminated plastic. This is available in thicknesses of 0.8, 1.6 and 3.0 mm, and in a wide range of colours including stainless-steel effect.
Partex can also laser engrave or etch products supplied by the customer including, for example, wiring accessories and enclosures. This service is available for most types of plastic and metal product.
For applications requiring the highest levels of hygiene or corrosion resistance, Partex also supplies custom laser-engraved identification plates fabricated from 316-grade stainless steel. Dog tags for valve identification and PKS marker carrier strips of various lengths for identifying cables which can be secured in place using stainless-steel cable ties are also available.
