DEDICATED SUPPORT FOR SWISS MARKET

Switzerland is a market that is becoming increasingly important for the British designer and manufacturer of linear motion components and systems, HepcoMotion®. For many Swiss manufacturers and processors HepcoMotion® is now the preferred supplier of linear products and there is also growing potential for the company's solutions in high-tech R&D as well as market specific applications such as tunnel building and cable cars.

To support this growing market HepcoMotion® has now appointed two dedicated sales engineers. Stefan Kaufmann, based at the company's German branch in Feucht, is now responsible for customers in the German speaking areas of Switzerland.

His colleague Sylvain Maillard, who is located near Lyon, provides similar support for French-speakers. Both are timed-served technical sales engineers with wide applications experience.

Applications that are emerging from Switzerland are taking advantage of HepcoMotion®'s ability to tailor standard products for the task. For example, significant orders have recently been received for a customised version of the new PRT2 1-Trak system, a corrosion resistant driven track system (DTS2S) and also large, bespoke heavy duty rings. The popularity of HepcoMotion® core products, notably GV3 and Simple Select, also remain strong in this market.
