Orion Fans and Digi-Key Corporation Sign Distribution Agreement

DALLAS, TX (May 24, 2011) - Dallas-based Orion Fans, a leading manufacturer of standard and custom AC and DC fans, fan trays and accessories, and Digi-Key Corporation, an electronic components distributor offering more than two million products from 470 quality name-brand manufacturers, have entered into an agreement in which Digi-Key will distribute Orion Fans' product lines to customers worldwide.

The global agreement covers Orion Fans' entire thermal management portfolio. The AC, DC fans, fan trays and accessories will be available on Digi-Key's websites and in future online catalogs.
