Easy to fill multi-axis energy chains - Fit large hoses and cables quickly and cost effectively

igus UK, the energy chain innovator, has introduced the TRLF system to its triflex R 3D multi-axis range of energy chains. Cable filling is now made even easier thanks to the simple-to-open and - close crossbars, and as a result engineers can save time and costs associated with cable installation.

Harnessing cables and hoses can be a time consuming and sometimes difficult job for engineers. This task can be even more challenging if the energy supply consists of large or rigid cables and hoses. To make it easier, igus' triflex R robotic energy chain range is now available with the triflex R TRLF quick open system.

The lightweight and low cost 3D robotic cable management systems have an integrated snap lock mechanism, enabling the chain to be opened and closed quickly and very easily by hand or with a screwdriver.

The triflex R TRLF energy chain range has high tensile strength, small bending with short pitch, light mounting bracket with strain relief, and the ability to move multi-dimensionally, with up to 10 degrees of twist per link. The energy chain is ideal for many industries and applications including 6 axis robots and other multi-axis machines.
