Eaton Presents Latest Filtration Innovations at ACHEMA 2015

New filtration solutions from power management company Eaton will be on display at booth D62, Hall 5.0 at ACHEMA, Frankfurt, 15 - 19 June. Visitors to the booth will meet Eaton's experts to learn how to reduce operating costs and increase process efficiencies across the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Demonstrations of the new MAX-LOAD™ filter bags and the BECO INTEGRA® PLATE 1000 can be seen as well.Eaton's new MAX-LOAD pleated filter bags help reduce maintenance, downtime and related costs while increasing operator safety by reducing the number of filter bag change-outs. This is due to the bag's new pleated construction, which has four times more filter area than non-pleated bags. The new design significantly increases the dirt-holding capacity of the MAX-LOAD filter bag by up to ten times more than a similarly sized standard needle felt filter bag.
Depth filtration is also a key topic at the booth. Fully enclosed plate and frame filters, the BECO INTEGRA PLATE, is a depth filtration system for critical filtration tasks and Eaton has introduced a new system in 1000 mm size in response to customer demand. The company now offers plates in five sizes from 200 mm to 1000 mm enabling process managers to scale up their systems easily for higher volume applications. Eaton's innovative, mineral-free BECOPAD® depth filter sheet and BECODISC® stacked disc cartridges that increase filtration process efficiencies in the fine chemicals and pharmaceuticals industries will also be on display.
Another highlight on the booth is Eaton's hydraulic and lubrication oil product line, which includes filters, filter elements and contamination control systems for a process's hydraulic system. Dirty hydraulic fluid is the cause of up to 80% of all hydraulic system problems and therefore reducing the contamination of hydraulic oils is vital for preventing machinery failure and improving process efficiency. The product line includes more than 4,000 different types of high-quality filters, filter elements and filter systems with exceptional dirt-holding capacities, thus ensuring consistent filter efficiency, even at high pressure-differences, to ensure a long process lifetime.
The exhibition program is rounded off by the high-performance TOPLINE™ bag filter housings for demanding pharmaceutical applications, various filter cartridges and housings for fine filtration processes as well as strainers and mechanically cleaned filters for cost-sensitive industrial applications.
