Ekhosoft’s original on-premise software was introduced in 2000 and has been installed in industrial sites around the world, including pulp and paper, mining and metals, food and beverage, oil and gas, and chemicals factories. The new Ekho Cloud solution is engineered for native cloud deployment in an Industry 4.0 universe centered around the industrial internet of things (IIoT). It is offered as a SaaS model and runs on Microsoft Azure Cloud Services, enabling quicker deployments and faster time-to-value.
Ekho Cloud provides a powerful, scalable, event-driven system for OPM, collecting real-time and transactional data from plant operations around production, downtime, and quality. It then performs powerful analyses to generate and surface actionable intelligence via intuitive visualizations and KPIs. These insights empower the shop floor to drive continuous improvement initiatives, boosting overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and significantly increasing revenue and return on investment.
