ENDOLINE EMPOWERS CUSTOMERS TO PICK AND MIX THEIR EQUIPMENT TO CREATE A SYSTEM SOLUTION WITHOUT COMPROMISE

Visitors to this year's PPMA show were given the opportunity to see a modular range of machines by Endoline - a diverse fleet of erecting, sealing, loading and palletising equipment which customers can 'pic 'n' mix' from to create their own bespoke end of line system matched perfectly to their individual needs. From entry level systems, to high speed or compact solutions, as well as those with specialist requirements for stainless steel with full wash down specification, the end of line machinery specialist has the ability to carefully craft the most appropriate solution to meet any end of line packaging need.

This extensive mix of equipment - which features over 50 modular machines - can be individually configured and enhanced to meet specific requirements from semi automation through to a fully automated line. Significantly Endoline's solutions incorporate added-value technology throughout the line from partners including robotic specialist ABB.

Demands for increased production speeds can be met through two new high speed systems recently added to Endoline's erecting and sealing ranges Designed by Endoline engineers these new machines have been enhanced using servo drive technology- making them the fastest of their ilk in the marketplace. All of Endoline's machinery range can be constructed using stainless steel to meet stringent hygiene standards where required - particularly applicable within the meat and dairy industries. Additionally many of the machines are engineered in a vertical format to meet the restricted space constraints facing many manufacturers today.

"Endoline offers a comprehensive equipment range to both small and large scale manufacturers which is a major benefit in a market where many customers are running low production volumes and require semi-automatic machinery, but also where there are multi-nationals who need fully automated lines." Comments Simon Taylor, Endoline's Sales and Marketing Director. "Endoline has the design and engineering capability to enhance their core range of modular equipment to suit specific manufacturing requirements."
