Enduratank manufactures a range of 20,000 litre vertical storage tanks specifically designed to meet a wide range of clients' requirements. Our vertical storage tanks are rotationally moulded and constructed using mid density polyethylene ensuring a robust tank which will endure in the most adverse conditions. They are available in different wall thicknesses to allow for the storage of liquids up to a specific gravity of 2.0sg. Tanks can also been fitted with a thermal jacket at the time of manufacture ensuring protection against frost or heat.For chemical storage or where it is desired to store aggressive solutions or those requiring storage conditions from ambient up to 70°C, we offer smaller capacity vertical and cone bottomed tanks constructed using Cross Linked Polymer otherwise known as XLPE. Where XLPE tanks do not reach the standard required for aggressive chemical storage our Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF) tanks are designed to provide outstanding chemical resistance at room and high temperature, low permeability to hydrocarbons, high rigidity and excellent flame retardation. They are used extensively in the chemical, semi-conductor, medical and defence industries.
Our 20,000 litre vertical storage tanks come in a range of colours and where applicable are WRAS approved for the storage of potable water.
Tanks within this range are specifically designed for the storage of liquid fertilisers, molasses, Category 5 potable water tanks with weirs, rainwater harvesting tanks, industrial tanks and those fitted with an outer bund. The industrial storage tank range is manufactured with lifting lugs, overflow, inlet and outlet locations that can take up to Ø150mm fitting(s). We offer customisation to our clients to meet specific needs such as additional bulkheads, welded flanges and more.
Enduratank is able to offer clients bespoke base frames for vertical tanks and raised base tank support frames ideal for sprayer tank filling and the storage of molasses.
All our vertical storage tanks are manufactured by us at our factory in the UK and carry a 10 year guarantee.
