Eplan appoint strategic account manager

Leading CAE (Computer Aided Engineering) Solutions provider EPLAN is pleased to announce a new addition to its growing UK sales team.Neil Lynagh has recently joined EPLAN as strategic account manager, responsible for managing key global accounts based in the UK. Mr Lynagh has extensive experience in working for global engineering firms in sales positions and brings a wealth of knowledge to both the role and the company.
EPLAN, which has just celebrated its 30th anniversary, recently announced expansion plans to help facilitate the company's growth in the UK, and the appointment of Mr Lynagh is part of these plans.
Commenting on his move to the market leading CAE solutions provider, Mr Lynagh said, "I am excited about my new role and what I can bring to EPLAN. I believe my experience will serve me well and I will be able to make real headway representing the company. I understand the market and I am confident I will be able to help EPLAN grow further."
Mr Lynagh previously worked at Dassault Systems as a senior sales product representative and senior sales manager for the SIMULIA brand both in the UK and Ireland. He was responsible for selling and supporting the SIMULIA range of products to well known companies across a wide range of industries, such as automotive, F1, aerospace, medical, oil & gas, and consumer products.
In the last 12 months alone EPLAN UK has experienced significant growth, with the division winning two EPLAN Group awards for performance and growth in 2013.
EPLAN provides customers with more than a software application, offering a complete engineering package, including training and consultancy to enhance the engineering process for customers.
