ERIKS unites fluid power solutions under FLEXION brand

ERIKS has enhanced its UK hydraulic and pneumatic offering with the launch of an international fluid power brand FLEXION - bringing together the wealth and experience of the company from across Europe.Although FLEXION is renowned amongst M&E engineers in Central Europe, the ERIKS hydraulic and pneumatic offering in the UK has been largely been sold under the RX and Flexi-tube brands. This consolidation will ensure simplified specification and enhanced pre and post-sales support for customers.
Paul Dooley, UK Sales Manager of Fluid Power at ERIKS, says: "We have a wealth of experience in the hydraulic and pneumatic sector and the move to a single brand ensures that no matter what the application, or location, customers can call one company and be assured that they will receive the best possible service and technical expertise, as standard."
As well as the extensive range encompassed under the FLEXION brand, the move will also provide an international business infrastructure for the hydraulic and pneumatic market, including a comprehensive hose testing facility in Belgium, and access to a broad range of technical expertise in a variety of different markets.
Dooley continued: "Needless to say the move not only enhances the services levels our customer will receive, but it also makes perfect business sense, enabling us to continue to strengthen our offering and sales team under a single banner."
Aside from products, ERIKS UK's new FLEXION offering includes the added customer benefit of complete hydraulic or pneumatic customisation, depending on their desired application. The FLEXION Engineering programme takes customers from the initial design conception, through to prototyping and testing, we are also able to provide a full range of condition monitoring and management programmes to ensure the reliability of hydraulic systems to offer them a complete, highly reliable and efficient fluid power solution.
