Hylec-APL enjoys busy Seawork International Exhibition

Seawork International, the largest and fastest growing commercial marine and workboat event in Europe, is the perfect opportunity for visitors to meet suppliers to industry from all over the world. Hylec-APL was one of the exhibitors at this year's show, demonstrating its extensive range of specialist electrical components which are suitable for use in the harsh environments encountered in the marine industry.

Mark Severn, Director of Sales, comments: "Seawork 2014 was an extremely busy show. It was great to receive some fantastic comments from visitors as well as other exhibitors. It's clear that there is currently a lot of faith in the marine industry throughout Europe. We had a successful show and came away with several opportunities for new business which we look forward to following up."

Hylec-APL used the exhibition as an opportunity to promote a number of product groups within its range which offer the robust reliability required for the marine industry. Its flagship waterproof range of cable connectors, plug and socket connectors and junction boxes was supported by its innovative control stations and door enclosures, which are manufactured in-house and feature specialised mounting brackets and sealing arrangements.

Hylec-APL has supplied components to a host of applications within the marine industry, including lighting for ships and underwater detection equipment. Its expert sales team is well trained in the entire product range and can help to specify the perfect components for any application.
