With the UK economy 'on the road to recovery' and manufacturers clocking up their best performance in more than a year, award winning end-of-line solutions specialist, Endoline Machinery, is forging ahead with confidence in the domestic market by announcing an ambitious plan to substantially increase its UK footprint. Currently enjoying a 10% year on year growth Endoline has underlined its intent by strengthening their sales force with the creation of a UK Business Manager role and the appointment of an Account Manager, responsible for customers such as Amazon and Tesco.Andrew Yates fills the position of UK Business Manager and the creation of this dedicated role not only fuels Endoline's growth strategy but is a direct response to the growing demand from customer's to deliver fully automated turnkey packing lines. Andrew is set to build on the company's strong network of relationships with third parties, OEM's and system integrators with which it will work in collaboration to seamlessly deliver purpose designed turnkey packing solutions.
Andrew, who has worked at Endoline for a total of ten years in field sales and customer service roles, will take on responsibility for the UK sales team, managing a team of four. Commenting on his new role he says: "I am thrilled to be taking on the challenges that this new role brings. I will be focused on developing Endoline's core customer base within the food industry, and the emerging demand from sectors such as distribution and pharmaceuticals. Furthermore Endoline has identified that both greenfield projects and new lines at existing manufacturing sites are being outsourced either partly or entirely to engineering houses and systems integrators and I will be looking to foster productive relationships with these companies."
While Andrew spearheads Endoline's growth initiative the sales team is further strengthened to meet customer demand with the appointment of Paul Ryder as Account Manager. Paul will cover the South of England, looking after customers such as Nature's Way, Tesco Amazon and Tulip and joins the company from Field International where he held the position of Area Sales Manager. Paul commented on his new role: "I am delighted to be working with a strong UK based manufacturer and promoting a well-established portfolio of equipment. The modular concept that Endoline's core range of automated products offer means that we can tailor solutions to suit most customer requirements with equipment manufactured and serviced from within the UK."
Simon Taylor, Endoline's Sales & Marketing Director, comments: "The creation of a UK Business Manager is a very important step for Endoline, as although the UK is a mature market overall, it remains very innovative and dynamic so we are quite realistic in our ambition to grow incrementally in the domestic markets by adding value in new sectors such as distribution and pharmaceuticals where we can offer new solutions to companies looking for improved productivity. Managing these relationships requires a lot of experience and dedication and by creating the new role; Endoline is equipping itself to meet the challenges from a position of strength.
Over the last six months we have increased our headcount by 10% as we have created new key roles across the business - providing us with the necessary skills and experience to not only expand our product portfolio but to develop new areas of interest; each appointment is critical to Endoline's continuing success as we seek to strengthen customer relationships."
