Innovative tank design debuts at UK AD & Biogas 2013

A revolutionary tank construction technique which delivers a self-supporting, gas tight, corrosion resistant tank up to 40m in diameter will be on show for the first time in the UK on the BCI Process stand F31 in hall 3a.Developed in Germany and used in a wide range of applications for AD plants, agriculture, waste water management and bulk storage, the patented design is now available in the UK.
With the ability to deliver a turnkey solution for anaerobic digesters, storage facilities as well as experts in designing and constructing stainless steel pipework, BCI Process has worked with many of the world's major utility companies. With over 85% of manufacturing being done in-house at its purpose-built factory in Keighley, BCI has very tight quality control procedures coupled with extensive training and safety standards.
With over 3,000 tanks installed worldwide, this ground-breaking design has a proven record of reliable service and is now available to the UK AD market through BCI Process.
UK AD&Biogas Exhibition in on at the NEC Birmingham from 3rd-4th July 2013, BCI Process have a large section of the Lipp tanking system on the stand, F31 in hall 3a.
