The latest addition to the comprehensive range of end-of-line packaging equipment is the VE-series of tray erectors from Linkx Systems Ltd.Developed from the proven A2/A3 series of high-speed erectors, the new VE series is a cost effective option which has been developed specifically to meet the needs of users needing a compact dependable machine with throughput of up to 30 trays per minute.
Smooth, dependable operation and ease of use are assured by a modern PLC-based control system and HMI operator interface. Size changeover is fast and straightforward, and can easily be completed in less than five minutes, keeping downtime to a minimum and thereby helping to maximise productivity.
The new VE series of tray erectors feature robust construction for long life, and a space-saving compact design. Suitable for all types of production environment, they can be used as standalone machines with manual/contract tray packing, or they can be readily integrated with tray loaders and shrink wrappers to make cost-effective fully automated packing lines producing shelf-ready and transit packs.
