NEBOSH appoints new Director of Assessment

NEBOSH (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health) has announced the promotion of Sarah Mace to become its new Director of Assessment.

Leading a key operational function for the charity, Sarah will be instrumental in the ongoing development of a high-quality customer journey - from registration and examination to marking and awarding of qualifications.

NEBOSH Chief Executive, Teresa Budworth, commented: "I'm delighted to welcome Sarah to our team of directors. Her expertise in process improvement coupled with a passion for customer satisfaction will make a significant contribution to our ongoing strategy at NEBOSH."

Sarah brings many years of experience in operations and customer service. Since joining NEBOSH in 2006 Sarah has led the creation of a customer service team and spearheaded numerous initiatives to future-proof internal processes.

Sarah added: "I'm looking forward to taking on the role of Director of Assessment. A fundamental part of our mission is to provide rigorous awarding procedures and promote high quality education. By focussing on the things that are important to students, course providers and industry, we will be working to streamline our internal processes and enhance their experience of working and studying with NEBOSH."
