NETZSCH Pumps USA, a leading provider of complex fluid handling solutions, is pleased to announce that Brad Schard has joined the company as Sales Director for the Oil & Gas business field.
In his new role, Brad will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive Oil & Gas sales across the United States. He will lead and manage both outside and inside sales teams to achieve strategic growth, revenue, profitability, and market share goals. Brad will also focus on building and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders, including EPC firms, OEMs, system integrators, and pipeline midstream companies, while representing NETZSCH within the industry. In addition, he will support the advancement and market leadership of NETZSCH’s NEMO®, TORNADO®, PERIPRO®, and NOTOS® product lines, with a particular emphasis on expanding opportunities for engineered solutions such as the NOTOS® LACT pipeline booster pump.
Brad brings more than 30 years of experience in the Houston market, specializing in the sale of pumps, chemical injection systems, and industrial equipment for the oil and gas and broader industrial sectors across Texas, Louisiana, and the Gulf Coast region.
Brad is based out of NETZSCH’s Houston office and is a member of both the NETZSCH Pumps Americas (NPA) Executive Team and the Global Oil & Gas Business Field.
