SCHURTER is delighted to welcome Natalie Bird to the team. Natalie Bird took up the newly created position of Director Strategic Market Development EMEA on May 2nd. She will play a pivotal role in advancing the market strategies across the region.
With nearly two decades of experience at TE Connectivity, where she held various key roles including Key Account and Global Account Management, Natalie Bird brings a wealth of expertise. Among other things, her responsibilities included implementing sales and product strategies to maximize revenue growth, account penetration and enhance customer satisfaction.
Most recently, Natalie Bird took positions within Aptiv and Schaltbau, where she formulated and executed long-term distribution expansion and growth strategies. Thus, Natalie Bird was able to achieve a significant distribution sales growth for Aptiv.
Natalie Bird’s duties at SCHURTER will involve leading product sales and marketing growth initiatives and optimizing the go-to-market strategies for focus market applications, as well as developing decisive customer strategies for both direct and distribution sales.
SCHURTER is confident that Natalie Bird, with her comprehensive experience and dynamic personality, will be a valuable addition to the team.
