New Rotronic HygroFlex1 Series of HVAC Sensors

Rotronic has extended their product range with the introduction of the inexpensive HygroFlex1 series of temperature and humidity sensors with analogue outputs specifically for the HVAC industry. They are available in both compact wall and duct mount versions with a fixed probe. Easy and fast to install, they are supplied with a backplate.HygroFlex1 HVAC sensors are available with 4-€¦20 mA, or 0-€¦1/5/10 VDC combined outputs for temperature and humidity, or with temperature only output to suit the installation. The format is 3/4-wire with conveniently wide power supply ranges of 15-€¦40 VDC and also 12-€¦28 VAC. The temperature output can be ordered scaled as required, alternatively the optional ROTRONIC HW4 compliant software can be used by end users to make the changes required including voltage selection. This ensures fast product availability on site and simplified product stocking. Calibration accessories are available allowing end users to easily check the performance of the sensor, an adjustment can be made at 35 and 80 %rh should this be necessary to meet required tolerances.
HygroFlex1 HVAC wall and duct mount units are fitted with the well known and field proven Rotronic Hygromer® IN-1 humidity sensor and a thermistor temperature sensor. These provide repeatable humidity and temperature measurements across 0-€¦50 °C,5-€¦95 %rh with class leading accuracy <3 %rh, ±0.3 K at 23 ±5 °C which makes them unbeatable value for money.
