Newest Paragon NTFS and HFS+ for Android with Exclusive, User-requested NTFS and HFS+ Partition Automounting Feature, Breaks Barriers Between Android Devices and Mac or Windows PCs

Cross-platform Data Interchange Made Easy, Fast and Safe! Available for FREE at Google Play.

FREIBURG, Germany, September 26, 2012
- Paragon Software Group (PSG), the cross-platform technology leader in innovative mobile device and embedded system solutions, announces the new edition of Paragon NTFS and HFS+ for Android, a reliable and easy-to-use cross-platform software that enables Android users to interchange media storage data between Android-based smartphones, handheld media players, digital video and other portable devices, and Mac OS and Windows PCs. The newest edition includes the industry's first NTFS and HFS+ partition automounting feature, enabling users to mount partitions automatically when a new media is connected or upon booting the Android-based device. The software is based on Paragon's Universal File System Driver (UFSD) technology, the leading cross-platform technology with millions of satisfied end users worldwide. Paragon's UFSD includes exFAT, NTFS, and HFS+ driver technology, which fully supports SDXC cards and Windows/Mac USB drives.

Mac OS users who copy movies onto an HFS+ formatted portable HDD were previously unable to access the video file on Android-based media players without a built-in HFS+ driver. Windows PC users who want to record a program received by an Android-based media center to a USB stick that uses an NTFS file system would run into problems writing data directly to the NTFS partition without a built-in NTFS driver. Paragon NTFS and HFS+ for Android grants full, unlimited access to the most popular file systems, allowing users of Android-based smartphones and multimedia devices to easily transfer, copy and modify data on NTFS or HFS+ volumes. The new automount option, which can be conveniently activated or disabled in "Settings," allows users to simply insert an SD card or a USB flash card, and all NTFS and HFS+ partitions will be automatically mounted.

New and Key Features include:

 * NEW! Mount on boot: automatically mount all NTFS and HFS+ partitions available on boot completion.

 * NEW! Mount on connect: automatically mount NTFS and HFS+ partitions when a new media is connected.

 * Full read/write access: Existing files can be read, modified or deleted, while new files can be created or copied.

 * Special app allows to easily mount any NTFS or HFS+partition like a native one.

 * Non-Roman characters and languages: File and folder names in national languages, including Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Russian.

 * No system degradation during data transfers.

 * No limitation to maximum file/partition size.
