Ones to Watch deadline extended to 15 June 2012

PPMA Show, Birmingham NEC, 25-27 September 2012

The deadline for the PPMA Show's Ones to Watch awards, which shine a light on processing and packaging machinery's next generation of talent, is being extended until 15 June 2012.

With entries flooding in from companies all over the UK, the PPMA Show organisers have decided to give the industry extra time to cast its votes. Nominations will be accepted via the website - http://www.ppmashow.co.uk/nominate - until 15 June 2012.

The awards are open to individuals aged 35 years or under with at least four years experience in the industry. They might be self-employed or employed, and can work in any area of the industry. Submissions must be made by a third party, such as a manager, mentor, employer or client. If you know anyone who has impressed you with their industry prowess and business initiative, the PPMA Show would like to hear from you.

Entries will be reviewed and short listed by a panel of judges including Chris Buxton, CEO of the PPMA Group and Graham Earl, Exhibition Manager for the PPMA Show. A public vote will then help the judges decide the Gold, Silver and Bronze winners.

All finalists will win a Festo Training & Consulting workshop and be exhibited as part of the Achievement Gallery on the PPMA Stand at the show. Gold, Silver and Bronze finalists will also win additional training courses, and the Gold winner will receive a 50% discount on the first 50m of their company's stand at the PPMA Show 2013.

It is free and simple to enter your colleague. Go to http://www.ppmashow.co.uk/nominate and explain, in a few words, why they deserve to be recognised as the One to Watch.
