Parker to Showcase Medical Device Technologies at COMPAMED 2026

Everything a medical device needs to go from concept to scale
Parker Hannifin, the global leader in motion and control technologies, will return to COMPAMED 2026 in Düsseldorf from 16 to 19 November to present filtration, sealing and miniature fluidic technologies that help take medical devices from concept to scale.
Under the theme “Engineering Better Outcomes”, Parker will be in Hall 8a, Booth H13, with engineers and application specialists on hand throughout the four days to review design requirements, discuss technical specifications and connect visitors with the appropriate Parker team in their region.
Medical device, drug delivery and diagnostics manufacturers need precision, reliability and speed to market. Parker’s display brings together three complementary technology areas to support those requirements, from early-stage prototypes to high-volume production. More than 80 per cent of Parker’s solutions for this market are customised to customer requirements.
Filtration. Parker's Gas Separation and Filtration team will showcase sterile air and liquid filtration solutions for medical and pharmaceutical applications, including autoclave vent filters that deliver sterile air to break the vacuum in autoclave chambers, DEMICAP and MURUS filters for clarification, bioburden reduction and sterilisation; and point-of-use shower and handwashing filters that provide validated microbial control for installation periods of up to 62 days.
Sealing and Shielding
Parker will present PTFE-based and elastomer sealing solutions for medical technology applications where chemical resistance, low friction, media purity, and temperature resistance are essential. Technical components and materials include EMI gaskets and shielding solutions for housings used in diagnostic, monitoring, and laboratory equipment, protecting sensitive electronics from electromagnetic interference. Thermal interface materials, such as thermal pads, gap fillers and thermal greases, support effective heat dissipation in imaging systems, analytical instruments, and compact medical devices. Conductive elastomer gaskets provide both environmental sealing and electromagnetic shielding for device enclosures.
Parker also offers electrically conductive plastics and coatings for housings, covers, and components, as well as sealing and protection solutions designed to withstand moisture, dust, cleaning agents, and disinfectants. Typical applications include patient monitoring systems, laboratory diagnostics, medical imaging equipment, surgical systems, portable medical devices, and electronic assemblies used in medical technology.
Precision Fluidics: Parker’s Precision Fluidics team will show miniature fluidic solutions developed for high-precision air, gas, and liquid control in medical, analytical, industrial, and life-science applications. The display will feature the recently launched LowPro HF miniature proportional valve; the C7, C15 and C21 miniature cartridge solenoid valves; the EPiC digital electronic pressure controller; and micro diaphragm pumps including the BTX, CTS and T2-05 and forthcoming LTX liquid diaphragm pump. All products are designed for long-term reliability, scalable performance, and customization, with ongoing support from Parker’s experienced engineering team.
“Every medical device begins on a drawing board, and what is drawn there has to withstand regulatory requirements, manufacturing realities and daily use. Our role is to ensure that the components selected at the concept stage continue to perform when our customer is producing at scale. That is what we mean by engineering better outcomes,” said Mario Müller, Market Sales Leader - Medical and Diagnostic at Parker Hannifin.
Parker works alongside medical device, life sciences and biopharma developers at every stage from design to production. Alongside the three featured technology areas, specialists at the booth can advise on the wider Parker range for medical applications.
