Precision Acoustics has ploughed more investment into the company by installing a new fume extraction unit at its Dorest-based premises.The innovative equipment has been installed to help the company safely deploy hazardous chemical materials used in its research into improving manufacturing techniques and developing performance of materials used in ultrasound equipment.
Precision Acoustics - which specialises in the research and development of acoustic and ultrasound test equipment used in medical devices both in academia and in medical institutions across the world - made the purchase as part of its planned improvements into ensuring it makes use of the very best of its materials manufacturing capabilities.
As well as being a useful tool on the factory floor, the installation is also an indication of Precision Acoustics maintaining its market leadership in the research and development in acoustics and ultrasound.
