Rockwell Automation Announces its Fiix Computerized Maintenance Management System is named a Leader by IDC MarketScape for SaaS CMMS Applications

Rockwell Automation, Inc., the world’s largest company dedicated to industrial automation and digital transformation, today announced that its CMMS software (Fiix) has been named a Leader in the IDC MarketScape: Worldwide SaaS CMMS Application 2024 Vendor Assessment. The company was recognized for strengths in customer service, reporting and analytics, and advanced AI capabilities.
According to the report’s recommendations, businesses should: “Consider Rockwell Automation (Fiix) when you are a medium-sized or large enterprise, regardless of vertical. You are likely looking for a scalable CMMS with strong analytic capabilities and applied artificial intelligence supported by a highly integrable platform.”
This IDC MarketScape study evaluates 13 Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) vendors and discusses what criteria are most important for companies to consider when selecting a CMMS application.
