Reliable processing, first-class qualityAt this year's P-MEC the Romaco Group will demonstrate its expertise in the field of sterile liquid filling, side by side with proven blister and carton packaging technology.
Macofar VF 12 aseptic liquid filler
The Macofar VF 12 aseptic liquid filler conforms to the rigorous requirements of the cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) regulations for filling sterile pharmaceutical liquids or lyophilized products into vials. The liquid filler's slim design achieves an excellent sterility assurance level (SAL) and maximum product quality. Laminar flow prevents turbulent air movements in the vicinity of the open vials. This compact machine is optionally available with a RABS (Restricted Access Barrier System) or with isolator technology. It is fully accessible via the "white" (cleanroom) and "grey" (technical) areas. Servo-controlled drives enable highly accurate, reproducible processes. The Macofar VF aseptic liquid filler boasts a maximum output of 12,000 vials an hour, depending on the filling volume.
Noack N 623 blister packaging line
The Noack N 623 with platen sealing is a proven blister packaging line that is simple to operate and absolutely dependable. Several servo-driven QuickAdjust systems control the production process during the coding, perforation and die-cutting steps. Any variations in foil characteristics are automatically compensated. When installed in an in-line configuration with the Promatic PC 4000 continuous motion cartoner, the machine achieves a maximum output of 420 blisters a minute. The system is ideal for blistering numerous pharmaceutical applications such as tablets, capsules, ampoules and syringes as well as various non-pharmaceutical products. All in all, the technology impresses with its long-term durability, low lifecycle costs and excellent value for money.
The Romaco technology will be on show at P-MEC in Mumbai/India from November 21 to 23, 2012, at Income Marketing Pvt Ltd., booth D 32.
