Salamander Pumps launches new range of accessories for TankBoost solution to support installation and maintenance

Salamander Pumps, one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of water boosting solutions, has launched a new range of accessories for its TankBoost range.
The new accessories have been developed to assist TankBoost installation and maintain best practices.
TankBoost, which combines a storage tank and submerged pump, increases pressure and flow across multiple outlets and floors at the same time in a mains-fed system up to 3 bar and 80L/min.
The all-in-one unit comes in a range of tank sizes from 100L to 450L to meet the water demands and boosting requirements for various property sizes, with the option to include additional storage tanks to increase capacity.
The newly launched products include the TankBoost fittings kit. This kit comprises a 1″ to 28mm compression fitting for connecting TankBoost to outlet pipework, and isolation valves for the inlet supply, outlet feed, and mains bypass.
A drain off plug, which is part of the fittings kit, enables the tank to be emptied easily for maintenance and servicing.
Salamander Pumps has also released new insulation jackets which enhance the thermal efficiency of the TankBoost unit and maintains water temperature. It also helps meet regulatory requirements for cold water storage tanks.
