Schneider electric INTRODUCES HARMONY™ XVU, A RANGE OF EASY-TO-CUSTOMISE SUPER BRIGHT TOWER LIGHTS

Schneider Electric, the global specialist in energy management, has announced its latest range of tower lights, Harmony XVU. The new line offers customers a clean, innovative design that enhances installation safety. The colour-coded display and sound signalling increase visibility of machine alarms, making Harmony XVU perfect for industrial applications.

The Harmony XVU tower lights offer high quality, true colour, bright LED light modules that enable users to create a configuration best suited to their requirements. They include one to five illuminated units which are available in red, amber, green, blue, and white, or one to four illuminated units plus a sound unit (buzzer or voice).

Additionally, the range includes a special multi-colour LED module with a choice of six colours and four light patterns (steady, blinking, flashing, or rotating) which are easily configurable by two dip switches housed within the unit.

The new Harmony XVU tower lights also enable quick and flexible installation directly onto the machine, plus a 100mm pole or an expendable height adjustable pole option means that the lights can be made as visible as possible for the operators. Installation is also available using a three-in-one, adjustable mounting bracket, allowing the tower light to be mounted upright, at an angle, or on the wall.

Darryl Wells-Pope, product marketing manager, Schneider Electric comments: "Our new Harmony XVU beacon is the brightest modular beacon on the market today when viewed at 45deg angle and provides the user with a 3600 pilot light that is perfect for signalling.

"The unit offers true blue and white colours so there is no confusion in distinguishing between the two. The product is also easy to configure as the multi-coloured lens can be easily switched with a screwdriver, making it useful for a changing production line to keep up with evolving customer demands."
