Selecting electrically conductive compounds made easy
13/10/2015 Parker Hannifin/Chomerics
Chomerics releases handy, at-a-glance guideChomerics Europe, a division of Parker Hannifin, has updated its selector guide of class-leading electrically conductive compounds. The guide, which can be downloaded from bit.ly/1icKOgA, includes the company's CHO-SHIELD conductive coatings, CHO-BOND and TECKNIT sealants, gap fillers and adhesives, as well as CHO-LUBE conductive grease.
Using the new guide, engineers and specifiers have at-a-glance access to all of the products' typical properties, including specific gravity, min/max temperature use, shelf life, VOC and many more. To make selection even easier, a handy list of typical applications and useful comments are included against each product.
Comprehensive ordering information is also included, covering pack size/weight, part numbers and whether there is a primer requirement. Primer ordering information is featured on the same page.
The guide has also been updated to include any recent additions to the range, such as CHO-LUBE 4220, a conductive grease that is particularly suitable for metal-to-metal sliding contact areas requiring electrically conductive paths, such as switches.
Any engineers tired of trawling through wordy brochures or hopping aimlessly from web page to web page, will find that Chomerics' new guide to electrically conductive compounds saves both time and effort.
