Simply SEPURAte Oil from Water in Compressor Systems

Compressed air users know all about the problems caused by oil in the system - it has to be extracted from the condensate and cleanly disposed of. Now Thorite has produced the ideal solution which is simple, extremely efficient and offers outstanding value for money.

The new SEP 60 ST condensate cleaner from Sepura is designed to clean condensate from compressor systems with capacities up to 60cfm (1.7m³ or 11kW).

Able to out-perform separators 4 times its size, the SEP 60 ST features a back plate which can be permanently fixed to a wall or cabinet. Two push-in fittings locate the filter unit and it's ready for action - taking oily water in and draining clean water out (as low as 5ppm oil-in water) for legal discharge straight to the sewer.

Sep 60 ST costs from just £125 and Thorite engineers will fit them free of charge as part of a routine service call. Compact dimensions of just 145mm x 145mm x 220mm disguise the unit's high performance that gives a service life of 5000 operating hours at 60cfm of 8000 hours at 30cfm.

At the end of its service life the separator is simply unclipped, a lid and plug (provided with the replacement unit) are attached and the oil is cleanly sealed in, ready for disposal.
