Industrial solutions provider reinforces commitment to closing the industrial skills gap
SolutionsPT, AVEVA Select Partner UK & Ireland, is celebrating 25 years as an accredited Investor in People (IIP). This milestone underscores the company’s longstanding commitment to its people as the foundation for delivering hardware, software and services that mean success for customers across industry.
SolutionsPT is one of less than 1% of IIP member organisations to hold Platinum, the highest level of accreditation, demonstrating exceptional and fully embedded people management practices. It has also been named by Best Companies in the UK’s ‘100 Best Small Companies to Work For’ scheme for 15 consecutive years, reflecting its commitment to a high-performance, people-first culture.
