Spelsberg invests in the future with new sales administrator Joshua Doley

Spelsberg UK, a leader in electrical enclosure solutions, has shown its willingness to invest in growing talent by appointing recent graduate Joshua Doley as a new Sales Administrator.
Since joining the team in early January 2024, Joshua has set out on a comprehensive training program designed to cover all facets of the company. This has seen him spend time working in everything from the warehouse and assembly through to sales and administration. This wide-ranging exposure has allowed him to understand the critical links between different departments.
"It’s been incredibly useful to go through all the departments and experience how they interlink and work together,” said Joshua. “It’s really highlighted the important role that clear communication plays in achieving high quality performance.”
A recent graduate from Birmingham City University, Joshua holds a degree in Business with a focus on Marketing. There, he achieved impressive results despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, which necessitated a sudden shift to online learning.
