TAKE CONTROL & SAVE ENERGY WITH SPX FLOW

If you want to find industry leading process air technology all in one place, visit SPX FLOW at COMVAC Europe 2019. Their comprehensive portfolio of trusted brands ranges from compact dryers for use with pneumatic tools to bespoke skid assemblies for industrial or process applications.

A key attraction is the prototype XF controller, a new controls platform to improve the functionality and usability of Hankison and Deltech branded compressed air treatment equipment. Unveiled for the first time at COMVAC Europe, the new controller is custom-matched to the input and output devices on the associated dryer to optimize performance and energy economy. Features include a graphical user interface and 7" touchscreen that make the new controller simple to use and interrogate. For ease of servicing and maintenance, critical information is embedded in the screen: including dryer model number and serial number, an operator's manual and a full list of genuine OEM maintenance and replacement parts. Modular electronics allow for forwards compatibility and the XF controller is also Industry 4.0 ready, with multiple connection options available for seamless integration with other control and monitoring systems. Look for it appearing first on Hankison and Deltech heatless desiccant air dryers later this year.

Accompanying the new controller will be the new Hankison/Deltech range of small desiccant dryers for producing economical, compressed dry air for a wide range of industrial applications. With a flow rate from 12 to 68 m³/h, the new dryers have an innovative design that means the pressure drop is very low - helping to save energy. A state-of-the-art controller allows dew point control and enables Modbus and Ethernet connectivity, so the new dryers are ready for Industry 4.0. Maintenance is also easy, thanks to the simple-to-replace desiccant cartridge in the tower. All in all, this new line of desiccant dryers demonstrates SPX FLOW's continuing commitment to develop advanced air treatment products that meet changing customer demands.

Also on the SPX Flow stand is the latest addition to the Hankison energy-saving Flex Series of refrigerated air dryers. The FLEX Series lowers air system power costs and improves productivity by matching power consumption to compressed air demand. The latest model extends the range to 2000 scfm.

So, whether you are responsible for the design, operation or maintenance of a process air system, be sure to visit SPX Flow - Hall 26, Stand C36.
