A unified approach to digital maintenance transformation promises faster ROI and higher user adoption across France and other French-speaking regions

Leading Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software provider Ultimo, an IFS company, has signed a joint-selling partnership agreement with OnSpark, a fast-growing French consulting firm. Under the terms of the agreement and with immediate effect, customers in France, Luxembourg and the French-speaking regions of Switzerland will be able to access world-class process optimization and cutting-edge EAM technology through a single, collaborative relationship. This partnership fills a significant gap in the French EAM market by combining OnSpark's deep asset management optimization expertise, as well as its in-depth cultural understanding, with Ultimo's modern, scalable platform specifically designed for asset-intensive industries. Since its founding in 2023, OnSpark has grown rapidly to a team of over 20 consultants, supporting over 100 customers throughout their digital maintenance transformation journey using tried-and-tested methodologies.

Both companies share a customer-first philosophy, prioritizing business needs over technological features. Under the co-selling agreement, OnSpark is responsible for consultancy, implementation, and project management, while Ultimo provides a robust, Cloud-based EAM solution and technical authority. This collaborative model delivers a fast return on investment (ROI) through quick deployment and high user adoption, thanks to intuitive design and long-term value as solutions scale with business maturity.
