In today’s fast-paced industrial landscape, efficiency and cost-effectiveness are crucial. Enter the igus® Module Connect, a revolutionary solution that streamlines your operations, enhances productivity, and puts money back in your pocket.
Save up to 80% assembly time; connect cables and services with just a few simple steps. Traditionally, every power cable, every control cable, every data, feedback, encoder cable, every fibre optic system, every pneumatic hose, each need an end connector or fitting. This takes time to assemble and can be a very intricate task. Module Connect is a modular housing which connects as many cables or services as you have fast and with complete reliability.
A Red Dot Design Award winning design, module connect simply clicks together, giving a modern look to any machine as well as giving a true lean improvement.
Thanks to the simple modular design, a unique plug-in/disconnect point can be configured as a single module consisting of several different connector housings. Each housing can be fitted with up to four different connector inserts. The housings can then be joined together, making an almost unlimited number of module variations possible in terms of individual widths and height. Whether you need to connect one cable or nine, the Module Connect will save you installation time. An adapter is available to connect directly onto any control panel.
If there are moving cables or services on a machine then Module Connect can be integrated directly with the igus energy chain, allowing extremely fast production assembly.
Ensure efficiency and cost savings with igus® Module Connect.
